What actually happened
On a Sunday in July, a 15-year account was just… gone.
No warning. No rule named. It was where a whole business came from. The appeal button got tapped. A computer read it. Denied. Appeal again. Open another ticket. Weeks turned into months — the same loop millions are stuck in right now, because Meta handed enforcement to automated systems and there's no human left to reach.
Twenty-eight days later an email arrived. It said the account does follow the rules. Then it said this:
"We're sorry we got this wrong."
That email landed eleven days after two envelopes were delivered — not after another appeal. This whole thing is about those two envelopes, and the door almost nobody knows exists.
